Great News from CCNE

The Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing & Health Sciences has been granted accreditation by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), for the following nursing programs: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree in Nursing, and Post-Graduate APRN Certificate program. The accreditation status is in effect for 10 years, extending to June 30, 2033.

 

 

Congratulations to Dr. Ellen Brown, Dr. Amy Paul-Ward, Dr. Edgar Vieira, and Dr. Trudy Gaillard!

The manuscript they have all collaborated on, "Willingness of Older Adults from Culturally Diverse Populations to Participate in COVID-19 Related Treatment Trials and Associated Factors"  has just been accepted for publication in Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine.

Dr. Dlugasch's "Applied Pathophysiology for the Advanced Practice Nurse" is now in its Second Edition!  This was also a team effort as there were several contributions made to this book by the some of the faculty!
